Thanks to Gear Gods for sharing my Nine Inch Nails 'Hurt' arrangement, and also for a pretty funny article about how I 'married my bass'. (March 2014)
It's an Electric Cello and Bass duet of my composition, 'Constellation', which is off of my new album 'Saturn Return'. I'm proud to say that this video was released via the awesome online bass community,BassTheWorld.com. 'Constellation' was originally a solo tune; but since I really liked the combination of bass and electric cello (which I also used on 'A Whisper in Time'), I couldn't resist turning 'Constellation' into a duet. I really hope you guys enjoy this one, and many thanks for watching! (October 14th)

Recently, I received a message from a supporter who told me my Adele video is on the front page of the popular Mexican news site, Expreso Querétaro, this just after finding out it was shared on the famous French website, Spi0n! So at the moment I'm feeling really lucky to live in this digital age where you can share your music with people around the world, and I'm extremely grateful that people from different countries are enjoying my 'Someone Like You' arrangement :-) (August 26th)
It's the power of awesome music. Certain songs just hit us in a way we can't explain. They resurrect feelings and emotions that we experienced in a previous situation, and all those feelings coming rushing to the forefront of our minds. Excitement, fear, love, hate, misery, apprehension...all of our strongest emotions can be evoked by music.
Comment 2, from 'Radioactive:
Your bass looks like a decapitated chicken.
Comment 1 made me feel connected to the listener and extremely grateful for having people interested in what I do. Comment 2 made me think of doing a 'Comments of the Week' post on my website and Facebook

'Swan Lake' Arrangement
My newest YouTube video is an arrangement of 'Swan Lake'. Tchaikovsky has always been one of my favourite composers. His melodies are really haunting and I love the music for The Nutcracker and Swan Lake - the melodies are absolutely captivating. My arrangement features several different techniques, including flamenco-style strumming, harmonics and tapping. I hope I did the piece justice!
